• How much time should I allow before my appointment time?

    To fully experience all Define. has to offer, we suggest you arrive a minimum of 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time to check-in, complete paperwork, change into your robe, and enjoy refreshments.
  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Your appointment time has been reserved especially for you. Please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice or “no-shows” will result in a required deposit if you wish to schedule a new appointment. A full charge of the service fee will be charged for a second cancellation less than 24hrs in advance.
  • Are children welcome?

    To ensure all of our guests ultimate relaxation and maintain our tranquil environment, we do NOT allow children under 14.
